Stayed on our way out of the province. Cute little campground. Like 10 seasonal sites with only a couple over night spots. Right off the highway but the highway noise was actually minimal. Good spot and good value for a quick stay passing through. LOTS of poison ivy. Bathrooms decent. The typical spider webs and what not. I docked a star because it was intimidating having the owner block us in on our site using his big truck to verify we had actually payed cash in their “honour system box” after I repeated many times that we did and in fact over payed. (We payed for electrical but chose a non electrical site) If they are not completely convinced people will pay for their site in the box, they should have someone at the gate house. Read moreWe had been looking for a campground for almost an hour when we found this one due to a roadside sign. It’s not impressive to look at, but the sites are large and not crammed together. Big shady trees and clean, though old facilities. The bathrooms are functional, the shower had good pressure and more than enough hot water.

Can hear transports using brakes all day and night as the speed limit is reduced to pass thru town. Oh, plus we were stuck beside a family where the parents were yelling at kids all the time.
