Seasonal park April 1 - october 31. Parents own a trailer here for the last 19 years! Incredibly family friendly and well kept. Annual dues roughly $1630/YEAR includes - electricity, water, garbage pick up, and cable. Small community of 411 trailers. Paid laundry on site ($2/wash $2/dry) heated in ground pool with large new patio area (no glass no pets). Park itself is very pet friendly. Kids club and adult social events regularly. Kids dances and adult bingo and adult dances, community hall on site for members available to rent with kitchen (contact park for rates). I have been coming here since i was a baby every weekend excluding a couple. It gave me new friends and helped me with making friends in school. The social commity ocasionally throws parties in the club house and during the summer the kids club is open and free to use on saturdays from 9-1:30.
