Moonlight Motel — Hotel in Havelock-Belmont-Methuen

If you’re looking for a motel in the area ; moonlight is your best friend. I was looking at my choices and checked out the Norwood & Marmora motels and they don’t even come close to comparing. Moonlight goes above and beyond compared to the rest of these small town motels . Friendly Staff , definitely made me feel welcome. Internet connection is great and stays connected , rooms include a TV with multiple cable channels , Microwave and a mini fridge - which a lot of motels in the area do not have any of these options . The cleanest motel by far ! Freshly washed bedding and towels . The bathtub was soo clean I could’ve ate my dinner out of it lol - it’s also very deep and great for a relaxing bubble bath . They are pet friendly and smoke free !! They offer competitive rates which makes the whole experience even better ! Oh and the rooms are sound proof haha .

I booked this hotel for my brother's wedding one month prior to the wedding. I was quoted $100.64 for the double bed room. I showed up at the hotel and saw that the rate changed. I inquired in a calm matter why the rate change. Then was told they would contact the owner to inquire. Not two minutes later the owner was on speaker phone screaming at me. I was calm just asking why the rate change to $146 for the night. She screamed at me. I told her that I would let other know as this is not good business sense to do this to people who book in advance. We stayed anyways as it was late and we had two kids as well. My parents were also staying there and I asked them if they had a similar issue and they did as well. Very poor customer service. We even had to call and ask for towels to be brought to our room. I do not recommend other...

I stayed there for one night and very disappointed as the linen was dirty and smelly seems like not washed. Tissue in the bathroom was used ones not new ones. Toiletry was worst. Towel been washed but looking at towel you can tell the age maybe 10-15 years old ones😰 so tissue box in the room. Chair was broken found hair on pillow and bedsheet. So I ended up getting a worst germs or bacteria from this place it’s been 3 days and I’m sick after my night stay at this horrible place. Better to stay somewhere close to highway 401 and the price was ridiculously high $107 per night with worst service. I will never visit this place and won’t even recommend to anyone...
