Beautiful location. Privacy, sunset, and hot tub are mainly what you are paying for. Fireplace and king bed were a bonus. A few issues: fridge smelled strongly of fish, main stove burner not working, couldn't find kitchen light switch, didn't know to bring some of our own cookware (cookie sheet, tinfoil), but they did warn us about the fire alarm when using the fireplace and the fuse is well marked to shut it off. Couldn't find the direct # for the office so didn't bother calling and didn't want the interruption during Covid. Did email afterwards. FYI - the cabins are in reverse numerical order; don't make the same mistake we did going down the wrong path with all your stuff in tow. Going during Covid meant some communication breakdown but otherwise a lovely little cabin.

Simple, quiet, and peaceful. Private cabins nestled on a cliff overlooking the ocean with everything you need to forget the world for a few days. At first glance, the accommodations seem basic, but it’s simplicity is part of the charm and the staff are friendly and more than accommodating. Private hot tub on the deck, wood burning fireplace and king bed with a breathtaking view. The only thing that I wanted was warmer and dimmer lighting at night. The kitchen was adequately appointed, making it simple to cook with basic supplies. The cabin was comfortable, warm, and we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely cone back soon!

Most romantic get away ever. Yes you gotta bring food, firewood, and any spices you crave. If you drink, then bring your own. If you want a serious comfortable relaxing place with whales and no interruptions, this is the place. Close to great locations for hiking and beaches. Owners are amazing. If it’s just the 2 of you, this place is perfect. If you wanna overpay for food and get no service stick with point no point. If you want solid relaxation in a cute room with an amazing view definitely go to fossil bay. Been there a few times and will keep going back. Love it. Ok

Positive? Clean, Dog friendly, hot tub, use of a fireplace and a great view, but that's about where it ends for me. ||No pictures of the interior on the website should have been a big red flag for us. We should have checked trip advisor. Everything was extremely clean but extremely outdated. Very '90s vibe, and not in a fun way. There is soap and shampoos provided and though they smelled great, they were so cheap and drying. Because there's not a lot of restaurants or places to shop in the direct area we knew we would have to cook which is totally fine and something we prepared for. We didn't prepare for the fact that the stove doesn't work properly(the only large burner was either all or nothing. You couldn't cook past 2 without burning your food), the knives that are provided are either heavily damaged or completely dull and that the cookie sheet provided is sparkling cleaner because it doesn't even fit in the oven. There were a couple of greasy dishes in the cupboard that had us scrambling to find something to put the food in so it didn't burn while we washed them. that gave me an indication that maybe the dishes don't get checked on the checkout clean. ||We gave up cooking our second night just because dinner the night before and breakfast was such a pain in the butt due to the headache it was becoming. we didn't come here to stress about utensils and cooking applications.||It has a hot tub which is cool but only half the Jets actually work which was kind of disappointing. A few of the lower jet covers are broken so there's sharp pieces if you're not careful. For the price of this place, the only thing it really has going for it is that there IS a hot tub and you have a good view. We wanted to stay at Point No Point, which is the same price but they didn't have any dog friendly rooms available so we chose this place, which ended up being a total blast from the past. Not the way we wanted to spend our one year wedding anniversary (together 13). All in all a pretty...

Nice view, very good for couple, quiet and private, but.. Though for the price, I think the money should definitely be re-invested in the interiors, even the hottubs. bed, I thaught I slept in a canyon, matress was overused and felt like a deep valley wille sleeping. one of the cooktop is not regulated and burned most of our food, smokes everywhere, got the fire detector off many time, the hood fan is throwing air inside , no filters, had to put a towel to have the air go out. They say the fireplace is smoking sometimes…. They definily should replace the venting as it is smoking the whole time unless you get going a good hot fire.. They say its a resort, not even a facility. It is just rooms with cooking equipment and a hottub Oh the hottub , these are really old units, should be sold for a good price and buy new ones. decoration is coming from the 90’s Paid $ +600 for two nights.. Sorry my expectations must be too high… Well… welcome...

This place was exactly what we needed. Simple cabin with a kitchen, a fireplace, giant bed, hot tub on the deck, and a view to soothe your soul. Plenty of hiking trails around and there's a simple map provided which tells you where they are. I loved having my coffee on the deck as the fog slowly receded and uncovered The ocean. On the last morning we saw otters! After hiking, wine or beer in the hot tub before (and after) dinner made a perfect end to the day. The "resort" in the title might be misleading to some: this isn't a hotel, there's no restaurant or services. The only time we saw anyone else was during check in and check out and we knew that someone came to add chlorine to the hot tub only because we were told while checking in. The cabin isn't fancy but it's clean and has everything you will need. Bring food and spices, and your own coffee. Don't expect cell service and enjoy escaping the world for...
