Staff very friendly and helpful! If you don’t like fragrance or allergic… they have glade plug-ins. I specifically said I can not have fragrances and when I arrived they had several glade plug-ins in the receptacles in the hall, they removed them and I opened the windows to air out my room. Room 202 the door lock did not lock the heater/ac was broken and the bathtub didn’t drain, the room could have been cleaner and shower curtains washed. We moved to room 206 the next day and the fridge froze our water and food, we had to ask for muffins in the morning and the waffle maker sticks, not much of a breakfast but it filled the void. No one is at the front desk before/after a certain time only a phone number to call and side doors are not locked at 8-9 pm. The beds were comfortable and the shower/water pressure was strong. Loved that the windows opened. Have staff clean better, get rid of those toxic air fresheners and gross carpets, fix door locks and heaters, more breakfast, 4 pillows per bed, fix fridge, have a scent-free eco-friendly hotel and more tv channels and it would be a great hotel.

Way over priced for value recieved. After travelling across Canada this hotel is charging too much for quality it provides. The cancellation policy is highly predatory, no changes once checked in. The room had several repair related issues that includes rattling A/C, walls leaking moisture in bathroom bath tub, bath tub wouldn't drain and cleanliness. While the bathroom issue (moisture problem) was communicated upon check in, no discount was provided for taking the only pet friendly room available and due to the predatory cancellation policy i had to take it. Continental breakfast was bland and no clean up was provided, so bus your own table. I suspect this is a family run business intent on keeping maintenance and staff cost low. No pool despite being advertised on the giant sign outside of the property and billboards leading in to Neepawa. Overall I will stay at the Motel across the street next time. Do not recommend.

Neepawa was on our route from Alaska to Omaha, Nebraska, so we booked a stay at Bay Hill. I know some prior ratings were bad, but new management has made this place great! We got two adjoining rooms with two queen beds in each. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. The appointments were high quality, too: mini-kurig, tall-boy minifridge, noce big TV... I really liked it here and encourage others to give Bay Hill a go. P.S. Eat at the Prairie Donair co-located and -managed!

Stopped here for a night on a work trip. It wasn't the worst place I had ever stayed at but it was pretty poorly run. There was nobody at the desk when I arrived but there was a phone to call for assistance, the attendant came out from the next room. I was charged in full when checking in.

The room and bathroom were clean, the toilette had one of those paper strips on the seat that I haven't seen in ages. The mattress was a good middle ground between soft and firm.

The pool was closed, it looks like it has been for a while and there does not appear to be any effort to getting it up and running.

Breakfast was not put out until I was leaving for the day but the coffee machine was on (I kinda regret that it was because the coffee was horrible). Breakfast wasn't much to speak of anyway. Cereal, yogurt, and toast, one of those waffle machine that never work, some hard boild egg that could be year old for all you know.

I had some issues with the room: The fan in the bathroom was really noisy. The thermostat on the wall did nothing, it appeared to be controlled at the window unit but didn't figure that out till I was leaving. Walls are really thin and could hear people clomping around as well as everyone else's...

Stayed 3 nights for a sporting event with a group. Charged for all 3 nights upon checking in which we thought was unusual? Restricted to only 2 towels and once we used the coffee pods in the room - they were not refilled. Rooms were not cleaned 1st day and not until after 230pm the other days? Hotel advertises pool, but pool is empty and space appears to be used for storage. Hotel also advertises pool table, but it’s stored in cluttered pool area and when asked to use we were advised they had no pool balls. Kids were disappointed! Staff were rude, argumentative, and lack basic service and listening skills. Night staff in particular was extremely unaccommodating with any request and if trying to have a conversation with him, he had ear pods in every time! Probably why he didn’t seem to listen. Very unprofessional. Definitely not worth your hard earned money staying in this place with staff who only seem to want to take your money and then can’t wait until you leave. They want to do as little as possible to create a positive guest experience. Would never stay here again. Especially when they call your room on the day you check out at 830am to see if you’ve left yet! Just weird. I would stay...
