Riverside Park Campground — Hotel in Ontario

I enjoyed camping here but now the theft has gotten out of hand. Last year we had someone try to come in our trailer at 3 am I couldn't catch him though. Last night about 15 trailers were robbed I'm talking beer fishing tackle axes coolers etc security caught them and then they ran off. The staff in the office right now are the only reason 2 stars is happening because these 2 young ladies are running around looking for everyone's belongings. It's sad when you can't even hide things like an axe or empty cooler under your trailer .

People if you choose to stay here lock everything they will not tell you how bad the theft is but to hit 15 campers in 1 night all while getting caught is...

Riverside park campground is a great place to go camping 🏕 with your trailer and it's a great place to make a bond fire 🔥 and roast some marshmallows and make smore,s at night 🌃 times and you could walk at marina ⛵ to watch some movies nights on every Tuesday night 🌃 and listen some music 🎶 as well and that is where they have fireworks 🎇 every Canada day down at riverside Beach in Pembroke Beach 🏖 and there is a walk path and a bicycle path as well all kinds of activities going on at the river side park 🏞 and maria Park 🏞 plus you can relax there as well and enjoy with the family together and lots of fun for the kids 🧒 to play in the plash pad with the water 💦 for kids in...

The camp ground itself was great, super close to the water, there is a spalsh pad for the children, a dog park, a baseball diamond etc. It is a quick walk to downtown Pembrooke, and on the way there is a gazebo where local performers play. All along the walk way from the camp ground to the performance gazebo, there is little history prints. Then you come to a field where there is "actual" anchors and such with a history template about it as well. Overall a wonderful experience. They also have movie nights.
