West End Plaza — Local services in Ontario

Absolutely awful mall employee at this place. He's rude, pompous, and absolutely horrendous to deal with. Also refuses to give you his name or any form of ID so that you know for sure who you're talking to. I know other people who've been harassed by him as well for various things. I don't like my family being threatened by so-called "security" for absolutely zero reason. If there's an issue there's a right way and a wrong way to go about it, and this guy goes about it all wrong. If I could give no stars I would. Never going here again if i can help it and never recommending...

Great shopping experience if you want to feel like you're the only one shopping in the mall! Quiet not much business but busy enough. Only thing they need to change is the dark gloomy main hallways comecting all the stores just crappy lighting or something. Makes you feel like you in a zombie apocalypse lol.... This mall just keep getting worse everytime I go there. The only places that motivate me to go there are hart, no frills and Dollarama. Needs so much work and last time I was there, there were so many buckets collecting water from the sealing. Fix this place or shut it down! It's a shame having this place recognized...
