We were very disappointed immediately upon arriving at this park. You receive a gate code but no instructions where to go to check in. Plus all of the campers lined the entry with their vehicles so they could reach the “beach” at the park. Twice a staff member drove by me in a golf cart and didn’t even acknowledge we had no idea where to go despite a huge line forming behind us. Strike 2. It was so tight to manoeuvre our 41 foot 5er to our site and when we arrived our site was filthy. Littered with red solo cups, water bottles, beer caps and we faced a mound of dirt with dead grass. ||As much as the experience was horrible I will say when we complained and checked out immediately after arriving the manager did provide a full refund. Too bad the rest of the team was not as attentive. We found the park to be very run down and a derelict but the sites right along the water did appear to be nicer. No way any RV over 28 feet should try and enter the park. It is so right and overhanging trees I was very concerned about damaging the 5er. ||Quinte isle is a much better options within a 3 minute drive of Sandbank River...

We pass 15 Night starting 4 June 2022. Nice place. Great weather. Easy acces to the Sandbank beach. People are Gentle Brad Ashley Scott and others.

Be Aware a lot of Tique of deer in sandbank. Specialy the evening they grab on you before the tent. Got bite by one and saw another one on me the next morning If you very alergic to pollen It's can ne a big problem here in June.

Staff for bettter consumer service: 73$/Night no service, include tax with no deal for a week off Season make that campground the Most expensive I ever Seen before. Made a lot. I appreciate a sink clean every Day. With all that pollen always have to clean the sink. On the toilet Near the 145, please put your parfum spray at another place. Really not happy when I receive that on me (tip: put paper on top to Hide) Please Cut the Grass more often. Long Grass put that easier for the deer tique. Catch two on me the Night around 4-5 am when I go toilet. Cut the Cedar. They almost dead and they not help the Walnut tree. They Grow in the cime. They are...

I’m giving a 4 star because I can see the new owners are trying to make this an awesome 5 star park|Very clean|Average sized lots, we had 30’ RV would not want to be any bigger. |Roads are narrow and due to high river water in need of repair. Campsite are fairly level but gravel pad needs to be bit wider. |Bathroom are plentiful and in big demand judging by morning line ups, but thankfully we didn’t need them. |They have the most amazing playgrounds if you have kids they will want to use all of them. Excellent food truck with fair prices plus good selection. |Boat, canoe, kayak are for rent to go down the river with lots of turtles and fish |5 minute walk to Sandbanks Provincial Park for beach or bike trails |We were there for Canada Day and they had a LOT of activities, also the only place we have ever been that has an hour of fireworks 👍🏻|Very much enjoyed the park||Our only complaint is the same We have at every campground. If our young adult off spring wants to come with us I still don’t think it’s fair to charge...

Florida can't brag about white sand beaches knowing that this gem of a park exists. First time bringing the family here and they loved it. Tried to describe it to them but words will do it no justice. You need to be here and feel it, soaking up the sun and relaxing. September and over 28°, I'll take it, hardly anyone around this day except dog walkers and locals. Normally this place is crowded in the summer, in fact you need to book months in advance to get a spot to stay overnight. One of the most beautiful beaches in Canada if not the most, sorry west coast lol. Costs about $18 per car to enter and there are numerous options for parking, I believe 7 different areas, plus you can camp overnight but I'm not sure of that price as this was just a day trip. I will update when we camp here next summer.

Lovely first camping experience with my two toddlers and husband. We were here for four nights and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The purple cabin was lovely and we can’t wait to explore the other deluxe cabin options in the near future! The parks here are fantastic with three options on the campground and one just outside of it. The beaches are easily accessible, including a small private beach on the campground for convenience. The canoe/kayak/paddle board rental option is lovely mostly during less busy season as a last minute activity with the kids. Showers and washing machines are clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend.

Clean and brand new with crazy huge pull through lots, REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST FILL UP WITH FRESH WATER BEFORE YOU ENTER, we forgot and had to connect many hoses to the bathroom faucet to fill my trailer up for the 3 day stay, West Lake area was closed for renovations and just opened back up in may 2017 so the showers, laundry and washrooms were crazy high texh and clean, all showers were closed individual stalls so tou habe 150% intimacy 10/10 for us couldn't ask for more except water hook-up lol
