We were there in September on a girls trip for my moms 70th birthday. Terrible experience! At first to be honest I had high hopes! They seemed very nice on the phone and even offered to put away some groceries that I ordered for delivery from Save-On. Unfortunately it went down hill from there. We Felt extremely uncomfortable by the staff and owners in the resort. Very strange behaviours that I won't go into all the details on here because its really quite awful. The main thing is that there is a man who is an owner on their property that was stalking my sister and even grabbed her inappropriately. When I phoned the office to let them know, they didn't even call me back. When I did eventually speak to the front desk the woman spoke as if we were lying and was extremely rude and condescending. The manager did her best to make it right but at the end of the day looking back it really wasn't enough. Humiliating and awful experience that really ruined a very special milestone for our mom. AVOID this place! There are so many wonderful resorts in Kelowna don't waste your time here. My other reasons for not ever returning seem trivial compared to the latter but they still deserve mentioning. Poor cooking utensils, door locks didn't work well, dining table on porch was so big you couldn't comfortably sit down and old toilets that appeared filthy. After some extremely awful experiences it went on even after we left. My mom called the resort to tell them that she left her makeup bag in the room with very expensive face lotions and serums. They looked in the bag and agreed that they were very expensive and that they would send them to her straight away. She asked how much and was told most likely no more than $10. She agreed to that price range because the serums and lotions were so expensive. When she received the parcel the serums and lotions were not there, her make up brush was broken and the only thing that remained were a couple cheap pieces of make up. I was so angry when I found out, and to top it off they charged her $50 to send it! I realize that this kind of thing can happen when you forget your items, but I hope it goes to show the caliber of staff at this resort. Stay at...
Read moreMy wife and I were in Kelowna for a family wedding and were looking for accomodation for ourselves and two adult daughters. We were looking for something with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. After searching many options, my wife came upon Casa Loma. It looked great on the website, so I called to confirm that our needs could be met. I couldn't have been more pleased with that conversation. The way the conversation flowed, I truly felt I was speaking with an old friend. I called back later to provide some information about our check-in, and I had the same experience. I felt like calling again just to chat. My wife and I arrived separately, and she said the check-in experience was much like that of my booking. I arrived later and was met in the parking area and advised where the rest of the family was located, where I could park, and some of the amenities that were available. When we returned from dinner, Security met us and we had another delightful conversation.||||The suite exceeded expectations. I understand that the suites are individually owned, and this one had been renovated with a very modern look and feel. The grounds are immaculate and the pool area is very nice. The beds were comfortable and the location makes this a very quiet and restful location. It should be noted that while the Casa Loma may appear to be far from amenities, it's actually very convenient to both downtown and West Kelowna.||||Overall, I can't say enough about how well treated we were. As for value, in our circumstance, it was very good. To have the desired bedroom/bathroom combination, we would have needed two hotel room. The price for this suite was very competitive and we had the added space of a kitchen and living area.||||I highly...
Read moreCasa Loma Resort was amazing! We booked through Airbnb with Amanda and her team. They were so helpful and able to answer any questions we had! We went to Kelowna for a surprise birthday getaway for my mom, the unit was amazing and so clean, we had everything we needed for our week stay. There was only three of us but we had our own space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We loved the included games and played one every night while we enjoyed wine and treats from the local places near by! Having a kitchen was so handy for morning coffee and late night snacks, or getting a pizza to make for dinner. The views were stunning and we loved watching the sunrises and sunsets every day from the huge patio! Such a nice place to have an evening or morning walk, the docks are so relaxing to have coffee or wine on too. We will definitely be going back next year in...
