Patagonia Green — Hotel in Aysén

We had dinner at the Patagonia Green. Unfortunately, we could not spend the night as well. The place looks very inviting, and the manager was extremely helpful, and spoke fluent English. She gave us great advise about near-by sites, marked them on the map she gave us, and was absolutely lovely.||But the really great thing about this place is the food. We ate at a lot of good restaurants in Argentina and Chile. Always went to the top places. And while the food was usually very good (yes, yes, great meat, true), it was hardly ever creative or imaginative. Here, at the Patagonia Green, they have an excellent chef! This hotel is ideal for visiting all the places of the Chilean Patagonia. It is in the middle way to main parks and natural attractions. They coordinate your tours to all of these and provide the contacts for transportation from the airport and main towns.||||The hotel itself has very nice premises. It is a small hotel with a few rooms and cabins. They have wi fi, cable tv and confortable rooms. Although, it is a two storey building and doesn´t have elevator, it is a little complicated for senior or disabled citizens to get the second floor because the stears ar too steep, The restaurant is good, well attended,but need to improve a little bit in quiality.||||But, our overall view is that is the best price-quality option...

10/10! Rodrigo and Gerardo (sorry if I spelled those wrong!) made our stay ABSOLUTELY incredible! We stayed up til midnight enjoying great conversation! Bonus, they both speak very good English for any of you foreign travelers. They gave us incredible tips on things to do in the area, and provided us with an amazing dinner and wonderful drinks!

Also, the place is amazing! You drive up and it doesn’t seem like a hidden spot, but once you’re inside of the area, you feel completely away from the town, even though you’re a short distance.
