Al final comentario en español||After travelling for 3 days from villa o'higgins through rough conditions this place was a disaster.||To begin with we arrived and our room was cold and damp. Small and dark. In order to close the bathroom door you had to be seated on the toilet.||As a couple we had the one bed room that was as small as a container. The other people in our group slept in a cabin and in a 3 bed room. ||To begin with we arrived late and they were serving dinner, since the rest of our group was on the way we had to beg them to wait for the rest to serve supper.||The food was good although limited in choices.||The heating failed so we were given different types of hearing systems. Our's electrical. We were lucky, coped with the smell of humidity and went to sleep. The rest not so much. ||Family in th cabin. No towels and not enough wood for the chimeney. I saw how they asked for more before going to bed and since they were not willing to.chop more wood handed over 2 logs for the night which didn't last and slept in the cold. Also they were told that the cabins did not have breakfast included and then found out the next morning that they did.||3 bed room. Had to ask that bed sheets be changed because they were dirty. And then asked to clean the bathroom but only cleaned the toilet because "the previous guests didn't take a shower" |They received a furnace for heating that works on parafina, which is toxic and dangerous for a one room space. So no heating for them also||To top it off in the morning the light went out in the rooms, not the cabin, when we went over to speak with the administrator, he blamed us of using too much electricity! And in a very rude manner between him and the owner said that these were the people bothering him again, literally "ya esta weveando este weon de nuevo"||Unacceptable ||Bottom line|It is about 3 kms out of town, not orientated towards customer service and disorganized. For the price they charge better book some place else for the same price but with much better conditions, such as "mi casa" or cabañas Pumalin||We travelled the whole extension of the Carretera Austral ruta 7 and this place ruins the effort everyone else is making to attract tourists to the area.||..........||Después de viajar 3 días desde villa o'higgins bajo condiciones adversas llegamos a este lugar que fue un desastre.||Para empezar llegamos y nuestra habitación parecía un container por el tamaño. Estaba helado y humedo. Para cerrar la puerta del baño habia que estar sentado sobre el wc.||Como pareja nos diera una pieza, la familia de 5 una cabaña y la de 3 una pieza mas grande.| |Para empezar cuando llegamos estaban sirviendo comida al resto de los huespedes y tuvimos que rogarles para que esperaran al resto del grupo que venia en camino para,servornis comida, la cual era buena pero limitada en variedad.||Falló la caldera asi que nos dierin distintas alternativas. A nosotros una estufa electrica. Tuvimos suerte, nos aguantamos el olor a humedad y nos dormimos, el resto, no tanto ||Familia en cabaña: sin toallas y sin suficiente leña, vi cuando pidieron mas y no quisieron cortarles, por lo tanto, les entrgaron solo dos pedazos que fue insuficiente para toda la noche. Además, les indicaron que las cabañas no estaba incluido el desayuno y se enteraron al dia siguiente que si estaba. ||Habitación de 3 camas. Tuvieron que pedir cambio de sábanas porque estaban usadas y cuando pidieron hacer el baño no limpiaron la ducha porque los huéspedes anteriores no lo habían usado. Les pasaron una estufa a parafina que es inapropiada para el tamaño de la habitación por lo tóxico y peligroso, por lo tanto, sin calefacción para ellos también. ||Para rematrla en la mañana se corta la luz y cuando fuimos a avisarle al administrador nos echa la culpa a nosotros por usar demasiado electricidad y muy mal educado, al comentar entre el dueño y él "ya esta weveando este weon de nuevo"||Inaceptable ||Conclusion|El lugar queda a 3 kms de Chaiten, no esta orientado hacia el cliente y desorganizado. Por el mismo precio mejor ir a "mi casa" o cabañas Pumalin||Viajamos por toda la extensión de la Carretera Austral ruta 7 y este lugar hecha a perder todo el esfuerzo que todos hacen para atraer turistas...

Our room was cold, no heater. Windowpanes put in so bad that wind blows in. The temperature of the shower was only stable when you let the max hot water run in the washbasin. The rooms were extremely noisy when neighbours were home. When everybody sleeps it is nice and quiet unless somebody snores. ||||The breakfast was not filling. Only one roll a person. Their marmelades are very good.||Diner is reasonable but pricy for what you get. Salmon, salad and bare white rice without sauce. Or hake, baked potatoes and herbs. And a nice salad. 11.000 pesos.||||As almost everywhere you get no pure juice when you order jugo.||I drank a raspberry (frozen) in blender with water and lots of sugar (2000 pesos). Nice but I want pure. Next day I asked the manager a pure without water and sugar. Was not possible in blender, a bit fluid was neccessary. I proposed a little bit milk in stead of water. But suddenly the price was 3000 when I asked the bill. I complained. He said it is because of the extra milk. I said but you saved sugar. I said I don't accept this. He said: I make the prize and not you.||Very unhostable.||The french help was a very nice and helpfull person. The manager is greedy. I want to be treated...

Deze locatie was geboekt omdat er geen beschikbaarheid was in de Parque Pumalin chalets in Caleta Gonzalo. Maar dit hotel heeft een veel gunstiger locatie met betrekking tot de activiteiten. En route hadden we de tijd om de korte prachtige Sendero de Alerces wandeling door een oeroud bos te maken. De volgende dag op weg naar onze volgende bestemming hebben we de stomende vulkaan Chaiten beklommen. Dus geen heen en weer rijden.||||Jammer echter, dat het hotelletje het slechtste bleek te zijn van de 15 waar we verbleven.||||Bij aankomst vroeg de eigenaar of ik Duits sprak. Toen ik in het Spaans zei dat ik alleen Spaans sprak, probeerde hij eerst slecht Engels en daarna weer in het Duits. ||||Het heeft drie soorten kamers: 4 kamers voor 4 personen, deze staan op de website, meestal aan 2 personen verhuurd. Een kamer voor 3 personen en een tweepersoonskamer (de onze).||||Ons triplex hok (11 m2, met badhok 2 m2) was de allerkleinste. Er was weinig ruimte tussen de toiletpot en muur. Je zat daar met je hoofd tegen de muur aan. Ook de toiletpot is een maat te klein. Alle afwerkingen waren slecht, minimaal of heel goedkoop. Toen ik vroeg of de kamer wel was afgebouwd was het commentaar dat dit "rustiek" was en zo bleef. ||||Wel aanwezig: bed met extra dekens, CFL lampen, dikke tafel, stoel, handdoeken, inkijk van buiten in de douche (door de buren) en TV, maar die werkte niet.||Niet aanwezig: goed kussen, sluitende gordijnen of ramen, uitzicht, wifi, telefoon, koffie, thee, drinkwater, lamp bij je bed, goed douche water, verwarming en geluidisolatie. Je kon ALLES van de buren horen, vooral het snurken. ||||Al de andere kamers waren bezet door een Duits reisgezelschap.||||Het hotel ligt 3 km van het Chaiten dorp vandaan. Dus hebben we in het hotel gegeten. De bestelde T-bone biefstuk was matig, maar het lamsvlees was volledig droog gebraden, niet te eten.||||Eigenlijk had ik maar een punt moeten geven, maar de locatie is goed en de wandeling van het hotelletje naar de zee met wat dolfijnen was best aardig, en ook de Franse keukenhulp was aardig.||||Als je hier wilt overnachten, beslist vragen voor de familiekamers...
