I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Boutique Casa Werner, and I must say it was a truly unique and memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the charm and authenticity of this establishment.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its pricing. It offers great value for the quality of service and accommodation provided. It's not often that you find a place with such character at such an affordable rate.
The ala carte breakfast included with the stay was a delightful surprise. It showcased a variety of local flavors and was a perfect start to the day of my stay. It's evident that the hotel takes pride in offering a truly authentic experience to its guests.
The staff at Hotel Boutique Casa Werner deserves special mention. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. From providing local recommendations to attending to any requests promptly, their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home.
In conclusion, Hotel Boutique Casa Werner exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a unique gem with a fantastic location, great pricing, and a genuinely authentic experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay with friendly and welcoming hosts. This is a place that I will definitely return to...
Read moreCasa Werner was built by one of the two important German families in Llanquihue. It has been beautifully converted into an elegant boutique hotel that backs onto a lagoon. We received a warm welcome on arrival and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our small room on the first floor overlooked the lagoon which is home to large colonies of cormorants and gulls, with the result that it was quite noisy from early morning to late evening. However it offered excellent bird-watching which we appreciated. The drawing room and dining room were elegantly and tastefully furnished. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel on both evenings of our stay and although the menu was very limited (a choice of two main courses each evening) the cooking and presentation were of extremely high quality and we enjoyed our meals enormously. Paola, the cook, is very skilled. Lovely classical piano music playing gently in the background enhanced all our dining experiences, including breakfast which was equally good. Also important to mention is the dedicated off-road parking, and attractive rear garden. The hotel maintains a fascinating collection of items from the Werner family in the basement which is well worth the...
Read moreAn old german colonist house turned into an elegant and cozy hotel with a beautiful garden overseeing the wetlands. The rooms are very confortable and warm. The private bathrooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast is buffet style and everything is prepared at the hotel (bread, cakes, jam, etc). The staff is very friendly and will solve any issues you may have immediately. We had dinner several times at the hotel (not included with the reservation) and the dishes were top quality. The menu has few options but you can ask for custom preparations. You have the option of renting bikes or a car to explore Frutillar and Puerto Varas. We felt very well treated and you can see that they care for every detail. In summary, a most pleasant experience. Almost forgot, hot tub under the stars...
