Hostal siete colores — Hotel in Melipeuco

The hostel is very cozy and the facilities are extensive. There is a big kitchen with lots of appliances, an inviting common area with a fireplace, and a simple but quite spacious shower. Everything was very clean. Graciela, the host, was extremely nice and helpful! She let me leave my backpack before checking in to enjoy the day, gave me several tips about local activities, even sharing a map to the waterfalls nearby, and helping with the bus directions. I also ended up renting a bike in the hostel which I really recommend. Overall, it was a brilliant experience....

Allround great experience!

The hostel is clean and well organized, with a nice breakfast and a well equipped kitchen. The patio is cozy and inviting for an evening with other travelers. Its on the main street of Melipeuco, so stores and supermarkets are nearby.

Graciela is a great host, happy to help with anything you need. She cooperates with a local tour agency that can take you on marvelous trips such as to the Parque Nacional Conguillo or the Volcano Sollipulli (I loved this trip!). The hostel also rents bikes!

A tiny jewel in the middle of the Pewenche Andes. Melipeuco is such a rich place and this hostel contributes to this with its facilities, simple and true food, warm environment, excellent location and friendly service.
