Cabañas Patagonia Mawida — Hotel in Panguipulli

My family and I stayed at Patagonia Mawida this past week during our travels through Southern Chile. Our cabin (1) was very comfortable and was a wonderful place to come home to. We were slightly dissapointed by the lack of kitchen supplies i.e dishwashing soap and toiletries, especially for the price we were paying U$200. While the cabin was well decorated, a little bit more care could have been given to the accomodations i.e new chairs, cabinets that didnt fall off when you opened them. But overall it is a great place to stay, just understand you are in a small town without access to lots of amenities. ||||The location of the hotel is great! This is not a very personable place. not many people were there. But really that, is the only disadvantage of the place. It is located in the Beautiful Huilo Huilo park. we have seen many hotels and other types of accommodation around that Park. This is an exceptionally good deal. Beautiful new and well-equipped cabins, in a gorgeous area, just behind the river. I strongly recommend that if you stay here (and we strongly recommend it!), ask for one of the cabins by the river. there are a few of those, that the back porch, and view from the windows of the bedroom and living room, or facing a beautiful and peaceful River.|| || This is not a bed and breakfast place. We spent 6 days at the Patagonia Mawida cabins in October 2015 (I am just the best at postponing Tripadvisor comments :o ), and we totally loved our stay there! We were 4 adults and a baby and rented a 2 bedroom cabin.||The cabins are all next to the river, with a beautiful terrace with a hot tub, a very cozy living room, well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. It´s such an idyllic place at the entrace of the Huilo-Huilo Biological Reserve!||The service is superb; the cleaning service left the cabin specklessly (at whatever time we left), made sure the fire place was on whenever we came home and were absolutely friendly and helpful with everything.||100%...
