Club Náutico Huillín - Huilo Huilo — Hotel in Panguipulli

My family and I (2 adults and 2 kids 9yr and 8 yr) stayed here for 3 nights. You have to check in at the main lodge (the nothofalgus) and that place is really incredible. At first we were kind of bummed we weren't staying there, then we drove the 2km to our place and boy where we excited! This lodge (about 6 rooms) is at the end of the road right on the river and the lake and the view from the balcony of our room was just mind blowing! The 2 bedroom apt with the kitchen and living room that we had was cheaper than the main lodge and so spacious. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff at the lodge had the fire going in the lobby and we enjoyed a glass of wine each night in front of the fire- really great family time! They have space heaters for the room but we didn't need it- especially under the warm duvets. When you stay here you have all the amenities of the main lodge so we still were able to do the guided hikes on the reserve. This place is just...

Perhaps one of the most beautiful places in the world. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and had incredible adventures hiking to saltas (waterfalls), exploring the glacial lake and river, dining and relaxing in nature at its finest. We stayed in the Club Nautica facility within the larger complex and think it was the best accommodation among all the options. Our children chose to spend a night in the Treehouses and had a grand adventure. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic time. I admin, the exterior of the place put me off initially, but the minute we stepped inside the front door of the apartment, all of that was meaningless. There is no better place to stay in such an amazing location. The place was clinically clean, all amenities that one would need (we cooked during our stay), the service was superbly helpful (thanks Cristian Manriquez) and the peace and tranquility on the shore of the lake in the midst of the beautiful reserve were exactly what a romantic get...
