Reciently innaguarated lodge which is pretentious in its offering. The overall concept isn't bad, but overly expensive for a place which is still in its trial period. Over U$300 a night should ensure the guest more than just one bun of bread for breakfast and a scanty menu limited to one offering. To worsen matters, upon arrival I ordered a pisco sour and it was the bottled type bought in supermarkets. The lodge has potential but it needs to be run by an experienced hand and not by a handful of youngsters doing their internships. Private hot tubs and the overall surroundings are quite soothing for the soul, but details such as shortage of bread are just unacceptable. I may be being extremely severe since they had been open just two months, January and February, and during January they had no reservations. Still, I find it extremely expensive for...
Read moreLemu Lodge was a welcome respite from bustling Pucón and beach frenzy Caburgua. A creative combination of nature and comfort, we very much enjoyed our two nights of "glamping." Hosts Graciella and Jorge greeted us warmly, and were very accommodating. Very tranquil location and our suite was comfortable and QUIET.||||NB: Lemu Lodge did prove difficult to find. There were no signs to the place, we had to ask parking lot attendants and roadside vendors for directions to the Lodge. Don't trust Google Maps for directions. But, once you find Lemu Lodge you will be...
