Hotel Green en Marbella — Hotel in Puchuncaví

No air conditioning and slow internet are obvious annoyances. Acoustic isolation is very bad; from my room I could hear clearly every noise in the hallway, the next room, and even in the reception desk. Also, management seemed to be poorly organized. They had no record of my payment and looked puzzled when I sent to them a copy of the bank transfer... almost as if they had never seen such a receipt, which felt really weird. The surroundings in the compound are not very nice, looking as being still in development, while the access is generally not convenient. The hotel staff does not have information of affordable taxi services, which I found on my own... As a positive the rooms are large and it looks clean, but this is not a place I look forward to...

Don't come here. The rates are ridiculous for what you get. The place is a 10-15 minute drive from the beach, has no views of anything except construction, very mediocre breakfast, and a pool you would never use, since you have access to the primary resort pool. It looks like this building was formerly used for something else and they just converted it into a hotel to take advantage of a relatively small supply of hotels in the area.||||We've been travelling for two months around Chile and Argentina and this is the worst value for money we've found. Stay somewhere else up or down the coast - there are many nice beaches and better places to stay with actual views and beaches in...

The hotel was generally clean except for example windows. The shower did not work, there was no hairdryer. The walls are so thin, that You are going to be able to hear everything through them. And when I say everything, I really mean everything 😃. And when your neighbours decide not to sleep at night, so should you! The staff thou, was very friendly and nice.
