The rooms are very nice but also affordable. Some mentioned tht the water is either hot or cold. I found that to be a minor inconvenience. The host, Vicky, is the sweetest. She welcomes you with open arms and actively tries to bring her guests together by either initiating contact or with her weekly (?) barbecues. She takes a sincere interest in her guests and their travels, which I found wonderful. Since I left early on the day of my departure (4am) she made me a breakfast to go. Her three dogs and her cat are adorable.

We also enjoyed meeting other travelers at the lodge. Thats the best...

And at night you can hear the songs of the frogs. Love that the water used is from the rain. And don’t worry, you get drinkable water in your room and living room. So nice to read on the sofa next to the fire. Had one diner there and enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious (loved the homemade granola). And Victoria the owner (and her two dogs) was so welcoming. Wish to have...
