Hospedería Familiar El Sueño — Hotel in Quellón

I was given a room on the upper floor, a single room. The stupid thing was that I couldn't stand up on the upper floor. Toilets didn't work. In Duche the drain was heavily clogged so that there was 20 cm of water. I wanted Duchen, but it came I wanted to shower but there was only cold water... First answer... NO that's not possible... I insisted.. So angry she left her dinnertabel and checked herself... Only cold...

Did i mention i asked for a key to lock my room? They of course didn't had...

Let's say it like that i texted them on whatsapp, but no one ever replied more than Ok, or hola...

What a shame...

Ohh you might get stuck outside of the hostal since you can not go in... and they don't pay attention to the ring bell...

Cleanness level wasn't good ether...

Bed and bathroom had quite a bit of hair of others...

Room was dusty and very poor quality...

Can't recomend at all...

Ohh and host was coughing.. Of course not...

The people that run this hospedaje are wonderful. It is located very close to the Cruz del Sur bus stop. We arrived very late at night and they were waiting for our arrival with very kind attitudes. We had a day in Quellon to wait before we could enter Parque del Tantauco and we were so glad we did in order so spend another day with this family. I really recommend and travelers...

Mala experiencia en este alojamiento, todo hacía pensar que con la buena comunicación con la dueña horas antes íbamos a tener una excelente estancia, pero fue horrible. Llegamos tarde producto de la demora del transbordador de la naviera Austral, así que cuando llegamos al hospedaje no había nadie para abrir la puerta. La habitación ultra helada, no contaba con calefacción. Luego tipo 2am y 3am se escuchaba todo en las piezas de arriba, cuando llegaban los inquilinos. Al conectarnos al wifi con la clave que estaba en la cocina, aparecía un aviso de no pago del servicio, así que no disponían de Internet y tampoco de TV Cable. En la mañana al intentar tomar una ducha, salió solo unos segundos agua caliente y luego solo helada, se comunicó a la joven que estaba en contacto con la dueña, pero según ella estaba todo bien y verificara nuevamente. El problema continuó y finalmente la ducha fue con agua heladisima.
