Villa El Descanso — Hotel in Romeral

Chile is now Autumn and is slightly cool or cold depending on weather.... I needed to have warmer treatment or care by hotel but this hotel is not really good. ||The room heater was really weak and was not enough warm the room..... And also, shower temprature was less tham 40C, so that it was so cold after take shower. ||As result, room temperature is low + shower is so-so, it could be flu by poor temperature managing hotel. I had never experienced this kind of poor temperature hotel....I will never stay this hotel again. ||I requested to raise temp but never...

I just had dinner in there, with friends.|The location it's very lovely, finely crafted. But the wait service still be not a lot different than in other Chilean places. |They've good wine, but know nothing about it. Really the waiters need to know how-to-be. We (5 pers.) I stayed in this hotel for a couple days on a business trip. It is nicely decorated with an destinct south american flair. ||The rooms were clean and spacious, yet I suggest getting room which is facing the back of the hotel (the highway is quite loud in the ones facing the street). ||The restaurant is excellent with a nice selection of traditional food and local whine. ||I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel - Just avoid the rooms facing...
