La Casa de Mar — Hotel in San Juan de la Costa

Nobody told me that the jacuzzi is not for use unless you specifically ask for it. So I used it one evening and then got literally kicked out by the old lady. The next they, they charged me 30'000 pesos for the 15 minutes I used it and for breakfast, I only got 4 slices of bread with marmalade insted of the usual eggs, chees and cake. Additionally the old lady is kinda controlling and always wants to know when you got back, I felt like a 15 year old going out for the first time. Furthermore, the rooms are tiny, there is not always hot water in the shower, toilet paper wasn't always there. There aren't really seating opportunities and if you sit on the terrace you are watched and it's expected that you order something. I am normally really not picky and often stay in hostels and B&B's but this is by far one of the worst places I have...

The owners of the hospedaje are very welcoming. The view from my room, the main area and the patio was a panorama of the beautiful bay. Perfect for eating breakfast or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. One evening they served me dinner of fresh grill fish is on the deck. Delightful! I speak Spanish poorly. Sin lugar a dudas un lugar a tener en cuenta.... Si buscas excelente comida, un ambiente tranquilo, una vista maravillosa de bahia Mansa, estás en el lugar indicado. Tube la suerte de llevar turistas y un grupo de tercera edad donde Cristina (la dueña) y la verdad me encontré con una persona que ama la cocina, que su atención es preocupada y siempre está dispuesta a dar soluciones a las inquietudes de sus huéspedes y turistas, sabores únicos y habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas hace de la casa del mar un lugar imperdible de este paraíso que es San Juan de la costa.||Muchas gracias por su atención y seguiré llevándole pasajeros y turistas pues quedaron encantados con su atención.....
