HOSTAL DEL TURISTA — Hotel in Talca

Called this hostel during the day to confirm they had a room and when I arrived it looked closed but the person next door came out and said I had called him and that they had a room.

I paid CLP 29,000 for a single room with it’s own bathroom which was across the hall.

Breakfast is included but you have to make the eggs yourself.

The location is good as it’s near the highway and there is a good sandwich place around the corner, as well as a mall next to the casino.

The owner/manager was super nice and accommodating.

The room was clean, the wifi was good, and they had secure parking for my motorcycle.

Lost one star as the shower...

Un buen lugar de paso por Talca o la región, acceso rápido por la 8 sur desde la autopista, habitacion y cama cómoda, limpia al igual que las toallas, algo de TV cable para buscar antes de dormir y a/c, flojo el estacionamiento pero con buena voluntad y la asistencia del personal se logra. Lo mejor, es que producto de la pandemia se evita el comedor y llega un buen desayuno criollo (café o té con leche, huevos, pan fresco, mantequilla, etc.) a la habitacion, allí hay una oportunidad si le meten el carrito y un diario local,...

Lugar cercano a la Ruta 5 (a unos 150 metros), con un ambiente muy tranquilo, habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas. Cuentan con TV cable, WiFi y aire acondicionado.||La atención es personalizada, muy amable (resalto esto) y sirven un buen desayuno. Imposible quedar con hambre.||En relación con la calidad y la atención, el precio es totalmente razonable.||Los estacionamientos son algo estrechos pero cuentan con uno a una distancia prudente del Hotel que lo disponen sin problemas para dejar los vehículos en un...
