I had an amazing stay here—it truly exceeded my expectations! The staff was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. The landscapes, views, and facilities were absolutely stunning—10/10 in every way. The food was also fantastic! We enjoyed a delicious lamb dish and a wonderful breakfast. The location is also great—close to the border crossing and a charming little village where you can explore, visit tourist shops, and take a leisurely walk. The only downside is the price. At an average of €90 per night per person, it’s quite expensive—almost double what you’d pay for a 4-star hotel in Europe. However, given the experience, I’d still return in a heartbeat.

Stayed one night during my trip to Torres del Paine National Park. The location was quite convenient, as we traveled from Punta Arenas. Staff was very friendly and helpful and advised us on the best places to see in the park. The interior was very specific, though natural materials like wood, wool, etc. were much appreciated. It was very warm - one can regulate the heating, but there was a problem with hot water. Good breakfast in a restaurant. Mezzanine there did not allow for full man body height in some places on the ground floor. Overall, we had good experience.

We have been there after our W Trek in TDP. A strategic location useful both for the first night before the TDP, but particularly after your TDP adventure. The rooms are cozy and the people that are working there are very welcoming and truly authentic! The food is delicious (I strongly suggest the asado patagonico) and the breakfast is generous! If you need gasoline they can help you and also they offer horse excursions!

We had nothing booked ahead of time for our trip to Torres Del Paine. We had only found this estancia the night before and didn’t know what to expect. We were promptly greeted by very friendly staff and all of their incredibly loving animals. You get a great dose of Chilean culture. Authenticity at its finest. We highly recommend getting dinner here! Our chef, Mauricio, was so wonderful and a master at his craft. We had some of the most delicious and well priced meals in Patagonia here. We also loved our experience with, Ivan, the resident gaucho and his horses. He was a great guide on horseback and a fun person to be around. I really believe how loving their animals are is a testament to their character. We are so grateful to have stumbled upon a...

This is not a place I would recommend. It is not even worth $30 a night

  1. The shower, flush and sink were not functional. They were not fixed
  2. The hot water came in fits and starts
  3. We placed a food order three weeks in advance. We got something completely different when we arrived. The only food item available is beef and chicken Milanese.
  4. We were not seated at the requested time for dinner - there was a group visit. They had to get done before we were served.
  5. No one is available to provide any details of Torres del Paine.
  6. The only language spoken is an incomprehensible...
