Park Hotel — Hotel in Villarrica

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The property is right next to the lake, and the staff were courteous. I stayed in both one of the cabins and one of the newer rooms near the beach. The cabins are old-fashioned but well maintained, while the beachside rooms are modern and airy. Breakfast is served in the dining room with a beautiful lake view—though to be fair, there’s a stunning view almost everywhere on the property.

The only disappointing part of my stay was that I left my MacBook charger in the room. I contacted the hotel, and they said they would check, but they never followed up despite my multiple attempts. I also called several times but was never able to reach anyone...

Muy lindas vistas, muy bien decorado, limpio... pero, tuvimos una muy mala experiencia el primer día. Reservamos por teléfono y no se nos explico que el día sábado habría un matrimonio en el lugar. Tuvimos música fuerte hasta las 1 am, escuchamos el timbre de la recepción durante la noche, en la mañana se escuchaba que corrían muebles y portazos del personal desde muy temprano. La verdad es que con todo el ruido no descansamos nada esa noche. El desayuno es como si fuera para una persona, las porciones están divididas en dos. Pedimos una porción extra de huevos y el garzón nos dijo un precio y luego la supervisora otro. La supervisora presenta una muy mala actitud, haciéndonos sentir perseguidos el resto de nuestra estancia, no permitiéndonos disfrutar de tan bello lugar. Al segundo día ya solo queríamos irnos. Al hacer check out, reconocen el error de no habernos avisado sobre el matrimonio y se nos hizo un 10% descuento sobre un solo día de estancia. Lo cual agradecemos.

Es tan lindo el lugar que es una pena que se vea empañado por el trabajo de su personal. En la recepción la dueña o administradora daba órdenes al personal de apagar o prender las luces o la calefacción mientras hay pasajeros en el salón tomando desayuno. Lo cual no es agradable de escuchar mientras uno intenta relajarse.

Si quieren descansar, este no es el lugar. Si son de los que necesitan un abundante desayuno como comida principal del día, este tampoco es el lugar. Si celebran un...
