My recent stay at the EAST Hotel Beijing was an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations, thanks to the proactive and considerate staff who turned an initially unpleasant situation into a memorable and delightful stay.

The stay started on a rather unfortunate note due to an incredibly noisy guest in the neighboring room. The loud disturbances made it impossible to get a good night's sleep, which was far from ideal after a long day of travel.

Upon informing the front desk of the situation the following morning, the response was immediate and exceedingly generous. The staff was apologetic and understanding of the situation and promptly arranged for an upgrade to a suite. This gesture not only rectified the initial discomfort but also showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.

The suite was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in the room's design and the quality of the furnishings made for a truly comfortable and luxurious stay.

Apart from the suite, there are several other aspects of the EAST Hotel Beijing that deserve special mention. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, creating a pleasant and inviting ambiance. The dining options are varied and delicious, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, making it easy to access major attractions and business districts.

I stayed in this hotel a month for some official work in March 2019. First of all i would say the location of this hotel is so perfect. You can take subway train which is just adjacent to the hotel. This subway station is very convenient because many times went to visit the places and return very late in the night, so it was easy to get the subway train and reach hotel at any time. There is Indigo mall which directly connected to the hotel on second floor or 1st floor reception. You can also connect to subway station directly from the ground floor of the mall. This mall has lot of restaurants so you need not to roam outside for dinner in case if you are late. Also bus stop is nearby. There is a daily free shuttle bus service from hotel till the Chaoyang industrial area at morning 8.00 am which is very convenient. We use to walk from this stop till the our office that was not very far from shuttle stop. Also it is hassle to book a cab as they ask for tip in morning pick time.The swimming pool on 4th floor is well maintained. There is Jacuzzi (hot water bed) and sauna near the pool which you can enjoy and relax once you are back from office. Also a feast restaurant provides a breakfast which has plenty of varieties, may be tens of dishes. Trust me you would love this morning cuisines and varieties. There is live music show and a brewery in reception floor which you can enjoy. I would like to mention that hotel provides free bicycle to roam around. You can make use of this facility and wander in the vicinity of the and discover the local way living, because in Roam be a Roman! :)

This was my family’s second stay at EAST Hotel Beijing, and once again, it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were reminded of why we chose to come back. the hotel’s attention to detail, immaculate presentation, and warm service truly set it apart.||The rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and so well thought out. Everything is organized to make your stay effortless and comfortable. The cleanliness and calm atmosphere gave us such peace of mind, and it really felt like a home away from home.||What stood out most this time was how the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and the team surprised us with such thoughtful touches that made the day so special. Jen was absolutely amazing her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made us feel so welcome. Rebecca from the reservations team was also exceptional. From the moment we booked, she made sure everything was arranged perfectly and went out of her way to ensure our requests were met with ease.||It’s rare to find a hotel where every team member makes such a lasting impression, but EAST Beijing truly delivers on hospitality at the highest level.
