Mercure Wanshang Beijing （East Gate） — Hotel in Beijing

Nobody speaks english, today i called 5 times and the girl in the phone Just ignored me without saying anything, this was for a really important matter since a friend of mine has her daughter staying in this hotel but She's not answering the phone for the last 2 days and we are trying to ask to the hotel about her, BUT THEY DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! IN A 4 STAR HOTEL IN THE CENTER OF BEIJING! They couldn't more incompetent Absolute zero preparation or skills for the job. This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The AC does not work and they provide a cooling fan to manage the issue. They don't care for the customer. No one could speak English They have mentioned that WiFi is freely available But it's working for Chinese SIM cards. Which means this hotel is only for Chinese. All tourist does not have Chinese Sims and there is no access to the phone at all. They provide false services to the guest. They provide a very poor service Please don't come to this hotel and will not recommend to anyone
