HONEST REVIEW!!💯I have so much to tell about this beautiful Hotel! First and foremost thank you so much to all the staff here for giving us good assistance. It is literally "accommodating" for us, especially as first-timers in Beijing! We love the location, it's near to almost all of our destinations, and the convenience of the stores and markets around the area. The room is great! Not hard to change the temperature of the water and the air-conditioning in the room. And you have to compliment the cleanliness here! Superb! They have welcome drinks, hot or cold whatever you prefer. Almost everything in the room is FREE! They have the 9 p.m.-12 a.m. snacks. So after our walk at night, we have something to eat without bothering to look for open stores (but if you want you can go outside to eat) You don't have to worry about communication since all of their staff are good at assisting and they are willing to help you even wait for the translations. Our group of eight stayed for four nights and felt right at home; the hotel definitely gave us a homely feeling.The cleanliness was top-notch, comfortable enough to walk around barefoot in the room. The beds were of medium firmness, and there was one soft and one hard pillow each, which was very considerate. The bedding was especially soft and comfortable.The atmosphere inside the room was warm and gentle, great!The bathroom had stable hot water, and the water pressure was decent.The breakfast and late-night snack options were just right, making for a good choice for tourists to have a bite before going out to explore.There’s a supermarket outside the hotel open until midnight, which is convenient, great!The front desk staff, both the brothers and sisters, were all kind and friendly. Every day when we returned to the hotel exhausted from playing, they would greet us warmly, remind us to put on more clothes if the weather was cool, and ask if we needed a bottle of water before going out. I have limited budget but am still quite picky about hotels. I’d definitely live here again next time for several reasons: it’s sparkling clean, spacious with everything you would need, including detergent. (And I like the body wash and shampoo brand! ). All the staff are super attentive and helpful. They do care about my needs and tried their best to help me out. It’s in a residential neighborhood which has everything including fruit shops, local restaurants, convenient stores etc while also being close to several high end shopping malls. It’s a bit far away from subway stations (Baidu Map shows 20 minutes by walk) but the bus station is right across the street which can take you to all the subway stations nearby very fast.
