I'm Hilton Honor member and a regular customer to stay in Hilton group of hotel. Checking in tonight and I asked concierges help to send luggage to room. The bell boy not even helping to move my luggage to the luggage trolley.,i have to carry myself. Then, To my surprise the bell boy ask for payment after send the luggage to door step. This is the 1st time stay in Hilton that the concierge ask for payment. I am shocked with the service level and quality provide by Hilton! After that I feedback to front desk, front desk told me this is the standard practice! When I complain a bit more, front desk said they can't control as they are only front desk, not able to manage concierge!!! What the point having front desk that do not take feedback??? So surprised with Hilton quality had dropped...
