凯伦饭店 — Hotel in Dalian City

Last month I stayed Kerren hotel in Dalian, China. That was a business trip and my first vist to China. From Thailand flight connection is not so good and Hong Kong one stop by CX. Dalian arrival time was 22:00, so traffic condition is good and get the hotel in 30 min. Next day and final day to the airport was also not so bad, very different from Thailand, Indonesia and India. Hotel check in was not smooth, but OK. There’s a welcome fruits on the table, but didn’t eat. Room minibar and in a refrigerator there were a lot kinds of drink and snacks, but never took this time. Free Wi Fi were available and could get Facebook, Safari search and Line use. I heard China had several access limitation, but could use this time. Free 2 bottles of water every day. Quick hot water for shower and bath tub(but very shallow).Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfasts were inclusive and good. Last morning I walked along the course recommended for expecting to see and join Tai chi practice, but couldn’t. Maybe too late. There were a lot of Japanese restaurant along the course and I missed. The Chinese dinner before the day was not so good, but I had enjoyed a conversation with new friends. The traffic to the airport was not so bad. I had a good impression on Dalian. .I stay in this hotel in April 2016. Very warm place to stay with great and hospitable team|| Reception team taking every costumer very series and provide great attitude and try to help with Chinese translation when needed. ||I stay on 4th floor 2 room apartment. The room is clean. There is a small kitchen and room with laundry machine. || Room service is on daily basis, so every day you have new tooth brush, soap, shampoo and bottled water in bathroom.||Hotel located in good location in center of DDA Dalian 5 minutes from markets, Walmart, electronic stores and 5 color city . || There is a very nice lady that responsible for costumer relationship. Her name is Maple Lu (maplelu_kerren@163.com) and she is very responsible and want that every guest fill comfortable in KERREN hotel.||The breakfast is diverse so guest from Europe or US will have a nice breakfast.||Definitely will visit on my next...

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is very polite. They speak pretty good English and there was no problem about it. The cleanliness of the hotel is great and we do not have any complaints. The first day the maid surprised us with flowers and apples. Very beautiful gesture. Breakfast is great, very large selection of Chinese and European dishes, and I especially liked fruit.
