The exclusive rights and services for members are nearly non-existent. This hotel not only neglects to provide a refrigerator or exclusive check-in drinks for members, but its location is also inconvenient. It takes 10 to 30 minutes to reach any popular attractions. What's even worse, the noise from the air conditioner seriously disrupted the restful environment. Perhaps due to the hotel's busy and prosperous state, it has overlooked the comfort of customers. In terms of price, there is a significant increase, and the service quality even fails to meet the standard of an ordinary hotel. It's so poor that one loses the interest in continuing to book IG member's special room nights immediately. Friends, to be honest, for this price, one should really find a better place. Even at the usual price, it's not worth considering at all. Maybe it's because the service of the Holiday Inn I stayed at before was overly outstanding. If you are experiencing an IHG brand for the first time, this hotel might give you a vivid lesson of "It is easy to go from frugality to luxury, but difficult to go from luxury...

The breakfast has a wide variety, including Cantonese-style dim sum and Western-style simple meals, and the taste is great. The location is excellent, with lots of delicious food around and convenient transportation. The staff member Xiao Zhang was warm and thoughtful, and the service was meticulous.
