Ausotel Smart Baiyun Airport — Hotel in Guangzhou City

Excellent hotel and staff!||The room was very comfortable and spacious, very clean, with wonderful beds and bedding. Slippers and robes were provided. The air conditioning worked well. Most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent! The hotel is right next to the airport, but the planes taking off and landing did not disturb our sleep when the windows and curtains were closed. The blackout curtains made the room dark and cozy for sleeping, and they also helped block sound. The only minor downside was that the bathroom walls were not as soundproof—but that was manageable.||The staff were very attentive and caring, helping us with every question. We arrived quite late and the hotel restaurant was already closed. At reception, they offered late-night guests free hot food—several dishes to choose from—plus tea, coffee, and a soft drink. That was a very pleasant surprise. We also got a bit lost at the airport and couldn’t immediately find the hotel shuttle stop. We messaged the hotel and they quickly guided us to the right place, where the shuttle picked us up.||Honestly, we were sorry to stay only one night. I would have loved to spend several days at such a hotel!||A few small suggestions to improve the hotel further: first, please add a shoehorn in the rooms. Not everyone wears slippers or sandals, and a shoehorn makes it easier to put on shoes. Second, add some furniture on the balcony. A couple of simple wicker chairs and a small table would make it much more comfortable to sit outside, enjoy a coffee, and watch the airplanes take off.||Best wishes to your hotel and...

From free airport pick up till my dropp off the next day… Top Top Top… so efficient… even though I arrived at 2 AM at CAN (Bayun Airport). After a phonecall they promissed me the shuttle will come to pick me up in 20 min. Time… he was there exactly within the 20 min…!! ||Its only 5 min drive from arrival hall/pick up point (door 46) to the hotel… ||Room was spacious and very well equipped… and good modern designed, snowwhite towels, good comfy beds and bedlinnen. ||Everything which makes your stay comfortable. Another positive point is, that upon checkin, you are asked what time your next flight is and what time you need the shuttle, which goes every hour…||As I had an early evening flight, I wanted to take the shuttle by the end of the afternoon… and to my big surprise I could stay in my room as long as I wished… so No check out time…!!!||Can highly recommend this hotel/chain…!!||And as I wrote… price/quality Top…!!||Only thing is that as in many places in China… not easy to communicate in english… that’s the only downside of this hotel…||Strange enough, that I did nit make any pics of the hotel/room… was soooo...
