I give the customer service 5 star reviews.

Customer service: 5 star review for front desk!

There is a large smoke smell in the hallways into the hotel room.

Utilities: 3 stars because there is not enough toilet paper to use for half the night!

Soap: They use bottled hand soap and not one time use hand bar soap!

Bathroom window:

The bathroom window has window blinds, but was not sure if outside can see us because the window curtain was only covered half way through the window! Did not like the bathroom window (the bathroom window needs renovation).

5 stars for bus shuttle to Baiyun airport.

Luckily, we were in time (01:15am) to catch the shuttle bus when we arrived into Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. But we still had to contact the hotel to inform them that we were at the pick up point in case they were not updated of our arrival for check in. It was a 10-15 mins ride from the T2 terminal to the hotel. The driver was very helpful n helped bring up luggage for the guests onto the small coach. We took the shuttle fm the hotel to the airport the next day but the driver didn't help with the luggage at all. The Front Office staff were helpful n friendly.
