The hotel is conveniently located near metro station on line 6 and next to the main gate of Guangzhou zoo. The rooms are small and outdated and breakfast is limited. Its getting too old with rats infested in the second and third floors where they have the restaurants. New owners bought the hotel recently and made some cosmetic changes and raised prices. The old management staff left the hotel in protest to the new management and the new inexperienced management lost many customers. Te hotel needs a major refurbishment. Went there during the Canton fair. The hotel is decently located with a metro station very close by. They provide free pick up and drop service to the fair (which I believe almost all good hotels in Guangzhou do), which takes 30-45mins. Only one person at the reception knows English, otherwise it's difficult to communicate with the other staff members. Rooms are good and staff is polite and helpful. For people looking for good indian food, lujing lu which has many options, is 10-15 mins far by taxi. Overall had a good stay at...
