Four Points By Sheraton Guangzhou, Baiyun — Hotel in Guangzhou City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton in Guangzhou, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, and it’s clear that the staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.Location:Located conveniently near the business district, Four Points is ideal for both business travelers and tourists. With easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping centers, it was perfect for exploring the city’s attractions and getting around without hassle. There’s also a good selection of restaurants within walking distance.Room:The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows and linens felt luxurious—perfect after a long day of exploring Guangzhou. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea, which added to the overall experience. The bathroom was pristine, with a rain shower and high-quality toiletries.Service:Service was exceptional throughout my stay. The staff at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests, from arranging transportation to recommending local spots to visit. Access to the hotel is slightly hidden and taxi drivers do not seem readily to find it. I have already asked Marriott to indicate the addresses of their hotels in China, Japan and Korea in the national languages on the respective websites – but to no avail… Perhaps they will, one day, listen to the customer: when leaving the airport, it will then be simple to show the address to the taxi driver and avoid recurrent hassles.||This hotel (once the taxi-driver has actually found it and you have arrived) is well-designed, with spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Good value for money. The buffet-restaurant is good, with varied and reasonably priced fare. There is also a rather pleasant bar which serves light meals. Metro access is nearby. In our first check-in the staff arranged a suitable room to us which was nice and helpful.2. In the 2nd night we decided to stay one more night and made the booking in ctrip (and had received the confirmation). However the reception told us our booking was not confirmed yet and could not be found in their system, and asked us to come down again next morning. We insisted and she borrowed our phone to validate the booking info. again and found out that it was confirmed… Pls pls check carefully instead of telling something not truth to your customer.3. We ordered some food and asked the hotel service to deliver it to our room. The food was delivered to the hotel quickly but they took so long to use the robot to deliver it from hotel lobby to our room… Hotel room is ok, but service is mediocre, some staff are not...
