Guangzhou Marriott Hotel Nansha — Hotel in Guangzhou City

Google maps location is wrong! I got to where it's marked and there was nothing. The Didi rideshare drivers know where it is. Use the official address. They don't provide a shuttle bus from the airport. I stayed here a few days alternating with the Sheraton. Ride from the airport to Sheraton Nansha was ~$250 RMB with road tolls. I think it would be similar to the Marriott as well since they are so close to each other. Hotel is newer and decently nice. Food is American's breakfast and would be better if they served authentic cheese food. I ate mostly locally. Staff is nice. I typically stayed either here or at the Sheraton. The other had better location and was walking distance from the Wanda shopping mall which had all kinds of restaurants in the food court. Rooms were clean but walls were thinking, could hear hallway noises and doors slam. Still a decent hotel....

Nice & clean room with big TV screen but at low floor. Occupancy was low on the day and check-in staff appeared not paying notice to clients' request and didn't give out the free coupon for access to the small nearby farm despite such item had been included at booking.Liked particularly the provision of a seating bench inside shower cubicle which seems rare in other places.Food choices for breakfast are plenty and spacious for circulation between...
