Henry Business Hotel — Hotel in Guangzhou City

Henry hotel is one of those offered by China Southern airline as a long connection layover in Guangzhou. Service here is friendly and helpful and the hotel has a relaxing vibe. The rooms are a little tired but they still look modern and have everything you need only complaint would be the beds are not that comfy, but for a layover they serve the purpose. There are very few restaurants in the area suited to any one but locals ave we ended up getting some snacks from the corner store not far from the hotel. I suggest eating elsewhere before arriving or make sure that the restaurant will be open before arrival. There is a sports bar in the lobby and we found this an excellent place to relax after a long flight. |Transport to and from the airport is well run but it does take sometime approx 30-40 mins by shuttle bus.|This was our second visit to this hotel and we would likely stay again...

Stayed her with a colleague for almost a week while visiting suppliers in the region.|Friendly staff with very basic English understanding. Real conversations still very difficult without a translator although some of them use their phone and app to translate by recording and offer you to use it the other way. Actually quite helpful!|Room basics, not very trendy but clean and nice bathroom. Our non smoking room though still smelled like smoke (maybe from years ago) which wasn't too much of a problem for us but good to know.|Breakfast is decent, fresh made and combination of much Chinese and some western foods and drinks (think toast, jam, coffee). Room not to fancy but was ok for a business trip.||Bar is the lobby was closed unfortunately during our stay. Seemed like they close it if the season is not...

Stayed here for two nights, room was spacious and clean with a decent bathroom and an office area to work from.|The bar is not bad for a quick drink but does not have much atmosphere.|Real disappoint for me was the banging of doors in the early hours of the morning and the loud sound of the television from next door.|Due to the location I will most probably stay here again and hope that the other guests are more...
