Service was terrible. Had multiple family rooms assigned to different levels at the hotel. Issue was the keycard will not allow you to access other levels besides your level and common area eg restaurant, fitness centre etc. With kids and elderly parents, this was challenging. When sought 'Fanh' for help (who originally assigned the room), she walked off and attended a customer who was already served by 2 other receptionist. This left a gentleman receptionist who rolled his eyes who then assisted us. He advised us that he could do nothing, as the hotel had big groups, which had checked in earlier. I then had to negotiate for separate keycards to access other levels. I should not have to do this as he was not offering any other solutions. These receptionists lacked experience. Although they can perform tasks, they lacked the skills on delivering a good service. The hotel amentities was nice. The breakfast was average and a little bare compared to other hotels. Overall, extremely terrible receptionist service, who are there to receive guests. Would I come here again? Perhaps not, so many other choices available...

When this was pointed out to staff, they were not helpful and did not immediately provide solutions.Hotel reception was also over scented with perfume/deodoriser, unpleasant for sensitive noses.Hotel was clean and had good facilities. Disappointedly shower did not have good airflow/ and you can smell a mouldy musk when showering.Best feature would be the self service laundry. It would be ideal if staff can maintain washing machines by ensuring that they are aired and detergent scum are cleaned.Breakfast buffet had averaged selection, food items were ok but many were only luke warm. Read moreWhen we arrived at the airport, there was a mixup of the airport hotel shuttle bus whereby we are standing in the heat for 40 minutes and ultimately a breakdown of communication led to us just booking a taxi to the hotel. The hotel had apologised and compensated us for the taxi and offered us a bowl of fruit and a room upgrade. However, departing for overseas the next day, we experienced another issue with the airport hotel shuttle bus whereby we were dropped off at T1 which was the wrong terminal as the driver did not advise which terminal he had arrived and we were pressed for time and had to hitchhike and pay for someone to drive us across in order for us to not miss our flight- yet to hear back from the hotel on this matter.Room itself is great inside and modern.
