Greentown Island Lake Resort Hotel — Hotel in Hangzhou City

We enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel becauseOur room is large and clean, with a big balcony, especially the water views were beautiful!The personals of front desk were friendly and helpful.The buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of choices - foods. Above all we loved the service of transportation by a classical car - driving us from the hotel to near the main street - there are many restaurants.Thanks for the welcome gift and room upgrade - we had a very pleasant time at GR...

The resort is in a very nice location, right by the lakes. We booked a lake view French window for three nights, but we were upgraded to a lake view balcony room. The room was clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee with excellent view from our balcony. The included breakfast was very nice.With lots of choices. We booked a lake cruise tour with the hotel which is a great choice because the hotel has a private dock for the boat to pick us up. We would choose this...

Time flies.This time we were staying in Building 3 with full lake view.We are still very impressed with the service and we had a great experience with the customer service. Special thanks to hotel staff Zhen Xing Hua , Xiao Yang and the staff who cleaned our room level 15. They were very responsive and helpful.I would definitely recommend to friends back in Singapore.😃..last but not least the kids were getting Peppa farewell...
