Ibis Hangzhou Huanglong Sports Center Hotel — Hotel in Hangzhou City

The ibis Hangzhou Huanglong Sports Center was very inexpensive when I stayed for a long weekend. I think it's typically full of university students as I saw many students leaving after the semester with computers and school supplies. I had an internal room with no outside window and I had problems getting the internet working. However, the internet was fixed after a friend spoke with them for me. For the money, this hotel is great. Not a delicious breakfast, but I slept well enough to enjoy my long weekend in Hangzhou. I booked the IBIS Hotel Hangzhou Huanglong Sports Centre, Wensan Road from 13 till 14 Sep & 14 till 15 Sep.|Firstly, I was disppointed that the hotel allows for MASSAGE soliciting in their premise. I returned to my room in the evening and found a number of cards providing said service. Does Accor Club not ensure a certain level of professionalism?|Secondly, I have problem regards credit of two night stay in the said hotel.|Despite there being no indication of LE CLUB ACCOR Not ACCEPTED at time of booking and with much assistance from current Accor Club hotel I am staying, IBIS Hangzhou Huanglong Sports Centre claims they are not particpants of Le Club Accor programme. My family and l have a great stay in this hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Lift acess, store luggage, laundry at level 6, breakfast avaible.The cleaning lady clean and keep the room daily. The toilet seat has warming ability. Room is super clean. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Location is great just a few minutes walk from wensan station. We took the subway directly to this station, cost rmb4 per pax. The surrounding has many resturants, eateries, bakery, pharmacy, ...... After reading the past reviews, l was skeptical of my choice.
