Songbei Shangri-La, Harbin — Hotel in Harbin

Since the room reservation all my needs were anticipated to accommodate my family during this stay. Eric and his Team, Holly with their room team and Jamie and her team at the restaurant made my stay there very memorable, given the attention level provided. And upgrade on my room provided a comfortBle stay for my whole family; the arrangements provided to visit the ice festival were beyond any duty of Eric, Holly and Luffy. They were simply fantastic! And we have such a great time there. During my breakfast Jamie and Olivia always make me feel so cozy, anticipating my needs and preferences; and chef Helen cooked special things to my wife; all delicious. Olivia is such a fully oriented employee; I really love to be there because of such nice smile and attention she provides me every single time I stay st the Hotel; and even when she is not there she makes sure I will have my needs attended as she asks some of her colleagues like Anne to ensure everything is fine. And as my kids did not have time for breakfast, she provided us a bag with some pastries. It was an amazing stay and I really hope you can continue to keep the same service level, valuing, recognizing and rewarding such a good Hotel employees....

When booking the room it was clearly mentioned that it came with full Horizon club privilege's. However when checking in we were told that the lounge was closed and would not open during our stay. It is unprofessional that this was not either clearly mentioned in the Shangri La app or during any communication before our arrival. The staff did all they could to make it up to us and we are happy with the final solution. We always book with Horizon Club when staying with family as this makes our lives...

i BOOKED THE ROOM THROUGH LYDIA OF THE RESERVATION DEPARTMENT.SHE ISVERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.THIS IS THE REASON WHY AFTER WE LEFT HARBIN FOR WUDAILIANZI WE STILL RETURNED TO THIS HOTEL AND STAYED FOR 2 MORE NIGHTS.SHE EVEN LET ME HAVE HER WECHAT NUMBER SO THAT I CAN TELL HER MY NEEDS AND CHANGE IN THE BOOKING ETC.THE HOSPITALITY OF THIS STAFF GREATLY ENHANCES THE IMPRESSION OF THE HOTEL TO ITS CUSTOMERS.WE WILL SURELY RETURN TO THIS HOTEL WHEN WE COME IN THE WINTER TIMES TO VISIT WITH OTHER...
