Pullman Huizhou Kaisa (Opening September 2019) — Hotel in Huizhou

The hotel’s facilities and location are great — directly connected to a shopping mall, very convenient.

My premium suite on the top floor was spacious and had a great view.

However, the service was disappointing. As a Platinum member, I was told the Executive Lounge was closed and offered buffet dinner instead. When I requested a window seat, I was told it was “reserved,” though several window tables stayed empty during my meal (See attached photos). Later, staff said it was for 8 p.m. guests, which made little sense.

Wonderful service with lobby staff , whom ware so great help. Special thanks to Dabi for for my day trip arrangement and invite me to join the hotel 4 years celebration .Which was a successful big party. Wonderful entertainment and food with wine around to the guest for Free.🌹🌹🌹the club lounge lady Jenny chow (no sure the spelling..who worked on 7/12 around 8.30pm at club lounge) who left her work to help me to solve my wrong date hotel booking. The hotel is very new and spacious. The room is big. I was upgraded to top floor with great views of the city. Bed was comfy. Room was stylish. Maid was very helpful in attending my requests. All staffs were friendly and attentive and responsive. Their breakfast buffet offered wide range of food. Good coffee. I would definitely come back when I visit...
