UrCove by HYATT Nanjing South Railway Station — Hotel in Nanjing City

Booked for a 5days stay for my trip in Nanjing, hotel is located about 5-10mins walk from the Nanjing South Railway Station. Starting with the pros of the hotel. Firstly, I’m most satisfied with the service level. Would like to especially praise staff - Zhou Jingjing as she noticed that I got wet in the rain and passed me some tissue when I arrived, a small action like this actually leaves a good first impression. Not to mention the rest of the staffs (including the housekeepers) were also helpful and action almost immediately. Eg. During my checkin there room wasn’t clean properly and has sticky stains on the table and chair, since it doesn’t bother me; I wiped it and feedback to the staff, housekeeper made sure the room was clean on the subsequent days. Secondly, room is spacious and extra point for the bidet in the toilet. Moving on to the cons which are all technology related. Firstly, the aircon can only be felt at the entrance, can’t really reach the bed area even though there is another vent, the difference in temperature is noticeable. Secondly, the TV offers screen projection; however, it does not work on certain nights. This hiccup was first observed at about 10+pm during one of the night, alerted the staff but not fixable as well, not sure if it was due to the wifi or TV issue? Overall, other than the technology devices which need enhancement / attention, I had a pleasant stay. P.S. Forgotten to take picture of the room but it is exactly the same as what the hotel and...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Urcove Hotel in Nanjing, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and efficient service. We met 周逸逸 (Zhou Yi Yi), the receptionist and she warmly welcomed and assisted in upgrading our second day of our stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. All of the staffs were very helpful and they had this cute robot who diligently delivers your needs right next to your door. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.One of the highlights was the hotel's location. It’s conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore Nanjing's rich history and culture. Additionally, the hotel offers a lovely on-site restaurant with a diverse menu, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet — there was something for everyone!Overall, my experience at Urcove Hotel was fantastic. UrCove by HYATT is a perfect alternative for someone who comes to Nanjing for business, to meet friends, or simply to explore the wonderful city. The hotel is very new, fresh and the technology included into the room is really useful. It is located just a few minutes away from the railway station. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the service was not only good but truly perfect! The staff who greeted me (丫丫) helped me check in quicker than I have been checked in for years and updated me on all the things that the hotel had to offer. In the evening, I encountered trouble ordering food from outside (my own misstake) and she not only personally helped me communicate with the delivery person but also offered and helped me me warm the food once it was delivered.
