This hotel served its purpose and generally did so well.Excellent location. Pretty good breakfast. Nice amenities and layout. Cleanliness okay, though a little worn and dated in places, particularly the carpets outside of the rooms in the halls. Additional fees for use of pool floaties and towels. Use of extra water naturally incurred fees but also an aggressive knocking and doorbell ringing in the middle of the day to give me the receipt for the waters, waking us up from a nap for no good reason... Read moreI stayed only one night at this hotel and I took advantage of at least two gifts which were offered; one was a 10% discount at the spa within the hotel, and the second one was free pictures. Although those guys ripped me off as I had to add extra money to get the other not so nice pictures but I liked a few of the photos they took anyway(the last 3 pics were taken by them). My room was on the 5th floor and the staff helped me get my bags to and from the room. Breakfast was also good. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I am to visit Sanya...
Read moreThe hotel is very new , rooms are clean and comfortable, swimming pool is nice. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim there. The hotel is very close to the beach , so we just went to swim in the sea. We came during non hot season so they were not too busy , can’t complain much about the service.
