上海龙柏饭店 — Hotel in Shanghai

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location was near the airport where we needed to be but it’s not great if you want to explore downtown. The staff were also lovely, The pool is nice and warm enough with great staff too. There was a few concerns I had. We had the ac in as cold and as high as it would go and it was just passable. I’d be scared to come in summer. We had the baby crib which was set up lovely but there was a weird door there baby could kick out of and slip through. The Cypress hotel is an old style hotel converted for conference and meeting facilities. I was very aprehensive as have mainly stayed in down town - Sheraton or Marriot hotels in China. This was a welcome surprise with deluxe rooms giving a large queen bed, sitting area, desk, dressing area and bathroom. The staff understood basic English and were very helpful; I would not recommend the European food (not good!) but dine in the Jasmine restaurant - great Chinese food at fair prices.||OK hotel in a middle class suburb...
