Artyzen Habitat Qiantan Shanghai — Hotel in Shanghai

I attended an event at Shangri-La Qiantan and wanted a hotel with a better rate, so I chose to stay here for three nights—and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful addition of a Bluetooth speaker with an alarm function.

The location is excellent—very close to Shangri-La Qiantan and Taikoo Li—and the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. For those who might want food delivery, there’s a convenient Meituan e-pickup cabinet near the hotel entrance.

The only downside was the air conditioning. Even though I set it to cooling mode, the room temperature remained around 25°C, which was a bit too warm...

Location - out of town, takes around 30mins by taxi or train station is within walking distance. Has 7-11 nearby 5 mins walk, food courts & mall next to train station.||Vibe - feels young, energetic and environment friendly, clean ||Amenities - all bottles shampoo, conditioner, hand wash. Toothbrush and comb available at reception. Good tea and coffee with kettle. ||Breakfast - simple oriental, western with live egg/ noodle section||Meeting area available at 2nd floor||Layout - small and functional||English - good ||Age - newly opened ||Really good for business except there is no working table. I have been in many hotels but the Artyzen surprised me in many levels. First the interior design is so comforting. I feel like I want to stay more but my time was not enough.My 1st comment is the smell when going in the room for the first time. Maybe because the stuffs used for cleaning were not well washed. But after turning on the ventilation, the smell went away and gone.My other comment is the noise at the back of the toilet bowl after flushing and refilling, there is a sudden shut of valve causing vibration for 3 seconds. This makes you unnecessary awake while sleeping.Overall, I still would consider staying next time because I like the interior designing. It makes feel...
