We chose this hotel because it was well situated about 10 minutes from the cruise terminal. It has an impressive entrance lobby and is well appointed. We found it good value for money but unfortunately had a serious problem with the room air conditioning that ultimately required our room to be changed. Hotel is in perfect location for me as I wanted to be close to the cruise terminal in Baoshan. Staff is welcome on arrival and are quick with check in - even though we arrived late and I was traveling with my mom who is on a wheelchair and they gave us an ada compliant bathroom. Wow the outer design of the hotel looks like a castle. The statues and water features outside make it feel so grand. English speaking friends out there not to worry the staff are able to communicate in English too. I dare say the room service is one of the best.
