YESsome friendly and polite english speaking staff including reception, luggage help and housekeeping. very clean and modern lots of room in the fridge and freezer units two sinks one in the bathroom one in the kitchenette. big window with city views close to a shopping mall and the metro 5 minutes connivence store 1 minute walk from the lobby NOrooms are smaller than usual for the price TV is smaller than usual swimming pool closed indefinitely power points are far away from the bedside no artwork on the walls, feels very plain air conditioning takes a long time to become cold no shelves in the shower staff kept trying to tell me I hadn't paid when I had already paid, my room card stopped working when I extended my stay. bathroom is a lot smaller than other hotels of the same level only one door lock, no extra security some of the staff who don’t speak english seem to not want to serve guests who can’t speak native level chinese difficult to extend stays, staff keep asking for payment when i have already paid. hotel airport service: 300cny, didi: 170cny,...

I feel like the rooms are not specious more especially where one would need to put their luggage, the wall wardrobes are big enough only to find out that’s a deco actually they can’t be opened. Breakfast it’s almost one thing daily which can be unappetizing. Their service it’s the best and they were so friendly, they willingly help with anything and everything. I think cleaning must be improved for hygiene purposes. The must also be something done to the bathroom drain the smell was unbearable.
