Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Changfeng Park — Hotel in Shanghai

This hotel is very new, and the staff are enthusiastic and attentive. I booked family room (2 beds), the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, though the design of the doors and floors is uneven, so be careful not to trip when stepping out.

The hotel has a modern style and is well-equipped. For instance, the washing machine and treadmill are in the same room on the fifth floor, and laundry is free of charge.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, just breakfast (Chinese cuisine). Ordering takeout is very convenient because delivery personnel place the food in the hotel’s front desk robot, which automatically takes the elevator and delivers it to your room door. It’s incredibly convenient.

The building next to the hotel is undergoing renovations, but I didn’t hear any noise, so it didn’t affect me. When you step out of the hotel and turn left, it takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to T Center Mall. Walk straight ahead, and you’ll reach the entrance of a subway station (Gate 5). I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Changfeng Park and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk attendant, Cici, made my stay truly wonderful. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of.The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to explore Shanghai. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I had an excellent experience with Holiday Inn Express here. The staff is incredible, specially shout out to CiCi went above and beyond just to help me check on my driver’s arrival. Angel who sincerely help me to make sure my power bank is ready for the day. The Room is clean and spacious👍🏼Location: There is MRT just beside the hotel which is very convenient to travel. It's about 40-50 minutes to town like The Bund/ WuKang Street by MRT, and around 30 minutes by car outside of peak hours.
