I was booked and changed for a room from the 26th to 27th February. I noticed this on trip.com and cancelled it straight away before the cut-off time of 8 pm.All evidence is a screenshot. Their policy is screen shot which states cancel before 8 pm for a full refundI also booked my flights back to the UK on the 26th of February. Therefore, I did not need the room( I didn't book). I had a taxi from my sons in shanghai to the airport at 9.30 pm on 26th February so I was ready for my flightAll screen shots and evidence of booking in at the airport in pudong.However,the holiday inn said that I had booked in with them at the same time?
