We recently completed a 5-week stay there. We love this hotel and felt like it’s a home away from home for us in Shanghai. The staff (front desk, cleaning, restaurant, lobby coffer bar) were very friendly, and the managers (hotel & restaurant) were very personal and helpful. The breakfast buffet on the 27th floor was good with a lot of choices and has nice views of Shanghai. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The laundry room with free washer/dryer & built-in detergent came very handy for long-term stays. There is a good Shanghai cuisine restaurant at the 2nd floor and a nice spa with excellent Chinese massage next door. Great location, near the subway station, bus stops, and a shopping mall with lots of eateries & Aldi grocery store. Will definitely stay there again and will highly recommend...

I stayed here three times in a row every time i am back to shanghai for work, i will always stay in Xuhui especially at Hauxia Holiday inn and this is because of the comfort i get while stay at it, the service is amazing including the concierge, the staff the front desk, there is a delivery center which can help you collect your packages and food, BOB huang showed great service and gifted me with cards which can be exchanged for drinks and fruits, Jeddi zhang helped me with my luggages with a big smile in his face, and Zhnag jizhe afforded me with a beautiful view while choosing a room, there is a well equipped 24 h laundry room and gymnasium, i always and will stay here, if you have work to do in Xuhui, stay at huaxia, metro station is very close which gives you access to many spots...
